Aquest premi és organitzat per la Federació Internacional de cineclubs que facilita a les diferents federacions la possibilitat de que els cineclubs participin en aquests festivals com a jurat.

1. Working Language: English

2. IFFS Jury of 3 persons from Europe, including 1 person from Hungary

3. Invitation by the Festival covers:

Transfer from Budapest to Miskolc might be arranged by the festival if requested. Accommodation costs will be provided by the festival.

4. Important: including a printable portrait Photo (jpg, tiff, 300dpi –minimum!) and as well a short biography

5. arrival 14.09.09 – being present for the opening ceremony

El candidat que es presenta, adquireix el compromís d’assistir al festival. En cas de no ser així, haurà de proporcionar un substitut per al seu lloc al jurat del festival. També haurà d’enviar una fotografia i un cv.

Els membres del jurat han d’escriure un article en català i Anglès o Francès i portar un catàleg del festival per a la FCC.
